A.L.A Environmental Infrastructures Ltd. is an entrepreneurial infrastructure company that specializes in building, operation and management of environmental projects.
The company was founded in 1999 by the consortium of companies consisting of Elco, Lesico and Oceana (a 33%/33%/33% JV) that won the BOT method tender published by the Ministry of Trade and Industry for the building and operation of the Northern-Israel brine pipeline.
The concession grants E.L.O, B.O.T for the monitored brine discharge from Northern-Israel to the Mediterranean.
The project is presently in its operation phase (Started 1 April 2006) and includes a system for collection (Terminal), pipelines and marine outlet in Akko bay through which brine will be discharged to the sea, 1.3 Km from the coastline.
The project carried out in coordination and professional control by the Ministry of Environment. Its operation is subject to control and monitoring by the authorities.
A.L.A offers its potential clients solution that includes monitored discharge into the sea.
